I love my work. My clients are incredible people and I look forward to seeing them. The body is fascinating and always changing.  There are vast opportunities to learn and develop skills, so I never get bored and my treatments are continually evolving. What I love the most is helping people heal; sometimes that's releasing a tight neck, back or shoulders, sometimes its helping create a parasympathetic shift and finally feeling peace, calm and still. Never underestimate the power of a reset for the nervous system and connecting to your breath.
