Welcome to my space. My office is right inside European Hair Design at 2116 Pembina HWY. There is free parking available in the lot and on side streets.
When you arrive to your treatment, please wait and I will be out shortly before your appointment to greet you and let you into the reception area. Feel free to text 204-229-1305 to let me know you've arrived. We keep our door locked to insure the safety of our guests and staff. Please aim to arrive only 5 mins prior to your treatment time to ensure you can be let in promptly.
Clinic Policy

NO DIRECT BILLING- Stefanie Suschenko/ Above Gravity Massage is NOT direct billing to insurance companies. Clients are expected to pay in full. I will provide receipts you can submit to your insurance company.

I accept debit, credit, etransfer and cash.

I reserve your appointment time just for you. Late cancellations often result in a loss of income. To protect my ability to earn a predictable income I require a have A 24-hour notice of cancellation policy. Late cancellations after the 24 hour window will be charged a fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost. If you are sick, an emergency or unforeseen circumstance arises please contact me by text 204-229-1305 immediately and I will reschedule you at no charge. Please stay home if you are sick. I may choose to send you home if you arrive sick.

Late arrival will reduce the length of your appointment that is billable to insurance. I will reduce your appointment time for insurance purposes and charge a separate late fee or 15.00 that is not covered by insurance. If you notify my and are only a few minutes late I might be able to accommodate your whole treatment with no penalty.

These policies are here to protect me. Luckily my clients are so respectful I am not forced to enforce them. Accidents happen, if you sleep in text me right away, I'm human too, lol.
Please complete your health intake form on-line. If you need help, forms can be completed during your appointment intake meeting. Appointments begin when the client enters the treatment room, consultation/assessment/aftercare instructions are industry standards, required by insurers and included in appointment times.
I expect be treated with respect. Asking for Sexual favours, making rude or inappropriate comments will result in the immediate ending of the treatment, the client will still be required to pay for the service and insurance will not cover it. In cases of sexual solicitation the police may be contacted and the client will be blocked from booking at the clinic.
